I got the new Epik High cd today. It’s a lot different than their previous album, but different is definitely good in this case. The album is a double disc with one being produced by Tukutz and the other by Tablo. Everything on this cd is just better than Swang Songs - the beats, Mithra’s rapping - everything.
I need to listen to it more before I say anything definitive, but so far my favourite songs are Nocturne and 혼.
Alas, I did not post at all last week. That, however, does not excuse me from posting my musical recommendations for this week. And here they are:
Each Sunday I’m going to post a list of my recommendations of bands and albums to listen to. There is no real point to this, but I want to do it so I am going to. Here are this week’s:
Stephen Colbert on the O’Reilly Factor
Bill O’Reilly on The Colbert Report
EDIT: Looks like they both got a boost in their ratings.
I moved back into my dorm today. It was more pleasant than I expected it to be. It took me about an hour and a half to get settled, but since I knew how everything was supposed to be arranged it was easier than the first time in August. There’s no class tomorrow as it is Martin Luther King, Jr’s birthday. Everything starts back up on Tuesday. (Actually, since I write this at 2 am, MLK day is today. Adjust accordingly.)
Nothing else eventful has happened lately. I’ve been pretty lazy and haven’t been doing much of anything. Work is basically the only reason I have been actually keeping a normaly schedule. All that changes this week though.
I still haven’t returned the camera Scott let me borrow to him. I need to do that soon - it’s been over a month since I got it from him. I just can’t let go of it. Maybe he’ll give it to me. I wish. Oh well. I’ll buy a 5D sometime.
For the majority of the day I’ve been adding posts to the archive. As of now I only have March and April 2004 left. Instead of only going back to September 2005, now the archive stretches back to February 2004 and includes posts from three of my blogs. I hope to find old posts from 2003 and 2002, but I have no clue where they are. We shall see what happens. For now, just check out the brand new archive page I put up. There is also a link to it at the top of the website.
