Pretty neat video fake of a “mobile” version of Leopard running on an iPod. It’s most likely just recorded on a machine running OS X, then transferred to an iPod 5G with the guy mimicing the mouse’s movements with his stylus. Cool nonetheless.

Seeing as there was just a post on the 8 Web Cliches of 2006 featured on the digg.com homepage, I thought I’d list the top clichs I have seen on digg.
1. Top 10 lists
It seems like every day I log on to digg and there is a new top 10 list from TechEBlog. They are necessarily a bad thing, but they get sort of old after the 10th one.
2. Apple
Maybe it’s the entire internet, but I find it most on digg and Engadget - an obsession with all things Apple. From a program getting a new look, a new beta being released, or rumours of a new iPod, digg is always flooded with Apple stories. This is not necessarily a bad thing either, as I love Apple. Can’t wait for my Macbook Pro to come in.
3. TechCrunch
About an hour after I read a new article on TechCrunch, I nearly always find it up on the digg frontpage. Again, this wouldn’t be bad every now and then - but for every article on TechCrunch?
4. Google
Somewhat along the same lines as Apple, I see digg covered in Google articles all the time. I love Google and their products, but there are just a ton of Google articles on digg.
5. YouTube Video Lists
You might not see these if you don’t go to the “Videos” section of digg, but there are very frequently links on the frontpage to blog posts devoted to supplying links to full episodes of television shows and full movies on YouTube. Quite handy, but quite common now.
6. AMAZING Photographs
I am told quite often that this photo is the BEST SPACE PHOTO EVER by digg. What happened to the last AMAZING SPACE PHOTO? When was it bumped off by this one? Let my hard drive know which on I should delete, please.
7. Photoshop Tutorials
Perhaps not as common as Apple stories, the Photoshop tutorial is a frequent visitor to the digg frontpage. I enjoy them just as much as everyone else, but isn’t there something else out there?

Well, it’s been a few months. I’ve gone through a lot since my last post. I’ll probably be posting in somewhat of a different style, and I’ll be covering more of a variety of things. So, here’s to posting again.
