I am skilar.

07-29-2004

Yes. It’s true. I am skilar. I wasn’t sure if you knew that. Now I know that you do. I just glanced down at my total hits, and I’ve passed 8000. w00t to the people that have visited all those times. I couldn’t have done it without you. No really, I couldn’t have. I just got back from returning “The Perfect Score”. It was a pretty decent movie. It’s one of those movies you can only watch once though. Tomorrow I’m working from 1:30 until 10. :/ I’ll probably be the only one there [except for my boss] after 7. And that will be everthing I do tomorrow. I’ll wake up, go to work, then come home and get on the computer until like 1 or 2 AM. Then the next day wake up, go to work until 10, and then come home, get on the computer until 1 or 2 AM, and then wake up at like 7:30 to get ready for church. That’s why I like working the 10:30 to 7 shift. Then I could actually go out and DO something if I wanted to. With emphasis on the IF. And the do.

school

07-27-2004

School is almost over. Just 6 more days left. Lately I’ve been wanting my own car, so I’m saving my money for one. I only have like $300 right now, so I won’t be getting one anytime soon. Maybe in a year. *shudders* It better not be that long. It’ll probably end up being some Honda or something. Maybe an Accord, cause those come in v6s, unlike Civics which only come in 4 cylinders. SLOW! So I guess that’s all for today.

5 dollars.

07-21-2004

I have five bucks sitting in front of me because yesterday my dad gave it to me to buy some food, but I never bought it. So its just sitting there for no apparent reason. I don’t think I’m going to spend it either. Maybe just see how long it can sit there without being spent. The new iPods came out on Monday. I’m not sure if I’ll be getting one though, because they have the click wheel that the mini iPod has. I’ve never used it, so I just wanna check it out before I traded mine in. By the way, check out my site over at skilar.com. Right now it’s serving as a blog, but later on I plan to change it to something else. What that something else is, I’m not exactly sure of, so if you have any suggestions, just email them to me.

the weez

07-19-2004

this past weekend we went down to my grandparents house for their 50th anniversary. It was pretty boring, except for the fact that there was a porsche carerra parked outside the place we were eating. i kept watching for the owner to get in it so i could ask for a ride. She never came out though. I drove the entire 3 hours back. It wasn’t that bad. Now this wednesday the first of two projects in my C class is due. Not really prepared for it either. :/ I think I’m gonna go buy some blueberries cause they sound good.

yippeeee!

I am now the official owner of www.skilar.com! I’m still waiting on the DNS stuff to get set up, so if you go there it won’t work, but it should be up by Sunday at the latest. I better go work on my design. this is so elite.

Life is good…

07-05-2004

I got today off to a rude start when my mom came in and woke me up at 12. I had gone to bed at 4, so I wasn’t too happy, not to mention the fact that I woke up at 8 for some odd reason. So I barely got any good sleep last night. And so my mom comes in and wakes me up as tells me to go mow! I was like wtf? After eating breakfast I went out to mow, only to find it about to rain. So I mow as much as I can until it starts to rain. Then I went inside and did pretty much nothing. Then at about 2.45 I decided to return School of Rock and Antitrust and then rent WarGames. On the way back from Blockbuster I got hungry and decided to stop at County Market. Oh, what a great place! lol. I walked around for like 30 minutes trying to figure out what I wanted to eat. In the end I got a thing of chocolate frosting, a family pack of Drumsticks, the latest issue of Super Street, a bottle of Gatorade, and a box of Act II Kettle Corn. It cost me like $16. Rip off. :/ I think it was made up for tho, cause I went through *name censored* ’s line. It was l33t. Then I went home and watched WarGames. And then I finished mowing. And now I’m here. Typing this blog entry. Yes. Exactly. Adios.

Happy Fourth!

07-04-2004

Happy fourth of July everyone! Today I worked from 1:30-9:00, but I was scheduled 10:30-7:00. I couldn’t work then, and I had talked to the guy that makes the schedule, and he said it was cool, but apparently he didn’t tell me boss[es], so I when I got home from church there was a message on the machine saying I was supposed to be there…but I couldn’t have been there cause I was at church…so thats cool. I just lit some fireworks…the lame stuff, not the good ones, which btw, are illegal where I live. :/ But its not like I’m one that cares about legality. Or do I care?? I’ll let you decide that one. blahblehblah…I need to go cash my check from Friday and when I do that I’ll be getting just under $200.00. I wonder what I’ll buy. Probably food. lol. Well…I guess I better go. This quality blog entry brought to you by the letter:
